Dedalus Foundation was founded by Robert Motherwell, the great abstract expressionist painter in 1981. Its mission is to support the public understanding and appreciation of modern art through its programs and fellowships with artists, scholars, authors, and book publishers. For Office Use Only was commissioned to redesign the Foundation’s website to showcase its vision and to elevate its presentation of Motherwell’s artwork, philosophy, and life as an artist. Spanning more than a year of concept, design, and development, the new Dedalus site includes new online features and timelines on Motherwell’s career, making previously unavailable content from his Archives and Catalogues Raisonnés.
